Abstract

Understanding user needs is essential for Health Technologies Assessment (HTA) of medical devices, especially in early stage. Few studies propose analytic quantitative methods to elicit user needs, and among those a method that seems to be particularly effective to elicit user need was the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This paper describes the AHP method for User need Elicitation of Medical Devices and present a distribute web system to support its applications.
