Abstract

In our work we synthesized pure and doped cerium oxide nanoparticle with diameter range from 4 to 6 nm by the co-precipitation method. Cerium oxide widely used for the fuel cell application due to its high ion transport and large oxygen vacancies. These properties were enhanced by the doping of lithium (alkine metal). Properties of synthesized material characterized by XRD, FTIR and by the UV-absorption technique.
