Abstract

Susan Banoun shared preliminary results of a survey regarding electronic resource management (ERM) systems and how they affect library technical service units. Banoun and three panelists provided specific examples of experiences with ERM systems at their institutions. The discussion included information about technical services organization and staffing, training, and evaluation of ERM systems. © The North American Serials Interest Group.
