Abstract

One problem faced on cultivation of Red Chili is extensive use of inorganic fertilizer on the farm level. This research is meant to analysis the respone of organic foliar fertilizer application to growth & cultivation of red chili plant. This research is meant to analysis response of Red Chili on use organic fertilizer. Method employed in this experiment is Random Group Design (RGD), which consists of five treatments with each planting media supplied 50 ml, 60 ml, 70 ml, 80 ml, 90 ml per liter water and control, and repeating each media 5 times to meet total experiment of 30 units. The Research Result found that parameter of plant height and leaves quantitiy had a significant effect on test level of JBD 0,05 at observation age 49 days post planting (HST) showing a highest average result on treatments 70 ml consecutively with value 41.8 cm in application of organic fertilizer;. Parameter of leaves quantity showed observation of ages 49 HST with highest average score 90 ml, namely 191.8 sheet. Parameter of productive branch had a significant effect on treatment 50 ml with highest average score 21 unit, while the fastest age flowering is on treatment 50 ml with result 35 HST and the slowest is on treatment 90 ml with average result 37.8 days. Parameter of average fruit quantity and fruit weight showed no significant effect and giving highest average on 50 ml with result of 30 fruits and 80 ml on the weight of the fruit with result of 187 gr per tree every polybag.
