Abstract

The purpose of this is to give an overview and summary of findings for event-related potentials, event-related spectral perturbances and spontaneous electrical activity findings in ASD to date. The topic of epilepsy, although relevant to the electrophysiology of autism, is beyond the scope of this chapter. Interested readers are directed to other, recent reviews on this topic.
