Abstract

With the existence of employee turnover behavior, this indicates that the prevention of employee turnover behavior in the Production and Quality Division of PT. Rubber Valley Padang has not been fully considered optimal. Therefore, it is important for the company to further improve and maximize the efforts made to prevent employee turnover behavior in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work conflict, work stress and work environment on employee turnover intention. The population in this study were employees of the Production and Quality Division of PT. Padang Rubber Valley. Fordetermine the number of samplesby using the formulaSlovin, then the number of samples in this studyas many as 115 respondents with the sampling technique using the stratified random proportion method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and for hypothesis testing using statistical t test. The results showed that: work conflict and work stress had a significant effect on employee turnover intention of the Production and Quality Division of PT. Padang Rubber Valley. While work environment had a no significant effect on employee turnover intention of the Production and Quality Division of PT. Padang Rubber Valley.
