Abstract

Abstract The animals are acquiring beneficial bacteria that are established and remain during the different stages of their life, these exert antimicrobial actions, forming the natural flora of the animal. In order to study and measure the beneficial action of these bacteria of the digestive tract of the piglets (Sus scrofa domesticus), 9 cultivable bacteria were isolated, identified and characterized, which were measured bactericidal action for the control of pathogens of the digestive tract of the Piglet, Tests of direct antagonism, well tests with bacterial acid extract and neutrals were carried out, in response there were inhibition halos, lactic acid bacteria (LAB) were extracted from the digestive tract of two piglets from the stomach, duodenum, jejunum and ileum of the small intestine and in addition to the blind, colon and rectum, for LAB action were discarded biochemically, to 9 of them were tested for antagonism against pathogens of the piglet Eschericha and Shiguela, the inhibition halos determine the susceptibility against the pathogens, being the greatest effect with the bacterial extract without neutralizing and the LAB 07 as the best, which can be called as LAB with antimicrobial capacity.
