Abstract

With the rapid development of civil aviation industry in China, the social problems caused by airport noise are increasingly prominent. Noise reduction has always been the focus of attention. Whether the problem can be solved successfully depends on a good understanding of the relationship between the magnitude of noise and the nature and extent of the impact. Contour map of airport noise is a common method to describe this problem quantitatively. This paper studies the calculation of cumulative event noise and isoline, including the calculation of weighted equivalent sound level, standard grid calculation, grid refinement, isoline description and so on. According to the above algorithm, using SQL2000 and Delphi7.0 (software platform) program to develop the cumulative noise contour calculation software, which can not only calculate the cumulative event sound level around the airport, but also query NPD data, aircraft takeoff program information, engine coefficient information, aircraft aerodynamic coefficient information, aircraft type information. Airport contour map is used to identify airport noise problems, evaluate noise reduction measures and plan land use around the airport. It is of great significance to solve the problem of airport noise and reduce the impact of aircraft on the residents around the airport.
