Abstract

Educational leadership is a long-term campaign it grows out of knowledge, of experience and requires pa-tience and much time, and its leadership can be enjoyed only in the long run. Who is leader? What is leadership? Defini-tions are abundant. Some claim there are 650 definitions, which is a clear sign of the lack of agreement. This article review the term "educational leadership" as it comes up in the recent approaches.
