Abstract

We will discuss basic color vision deficiencies, namely, protanomaly, deuteranomaly, dichromacy, and tritanomaly. The effect of these deficiencies on the Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage (CIE) diagram will be discussed. We also discuss the effect of eye diseases on color vision and briefly describe some color vision tests.
