Abstract

This study addresses the problem of successful implementation of innovative policies in business environments, recognizing the importance of agile and adaptive change management in this process. The importance lies in the need to understand how change management influences the acceptance and adoption of innovative policies, given the constantly evolving organizational context. The research objective was to evaluate the impact of agile and adaptive change management on the successful achievement of innovative policy implementation. The results revealed a positive correlation between effective internal communication and employees’ willingness to adopt innovative policies, as well as a significant relationship between the perception of change management and willingness to innovate. As a suggestion for organizational practice, it is recommended to invest in improving change management and internal communication to facilitate the implementation of innovative policies. However, the need to address the limitations of the study, such as the sample size and cross-sectional nature of the data, is recognized for future research and theoretical development in this field.
