Abstract

Education from an early age for toddlers greatly helps the growth and development of children physically, intellectually, socially emotionally. Education to students is through three educational institutions, namely family, school, and society, and all three cannot stand alone, but all three are interconnected links that cannot be separated from one another, because one is perfecting the other. The study aims to determine the implementation of parental responsibility in children's education and to know the factors that influence children's education. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach. From the results of research on strengthening the role of the family in child education, it can be concluded that: (1) Family responsibility in children's education, namely the family displays something that can be imitated, emulated, and imitated by the child, and good habits education, for example, parents must give examples of teaching congregational prayers, guiding prayer services, and practicing children's prayer services. (2) Factors that influence children's education, which consists of family factors that act as educators and motivators for children and environmental factors, which include the family environment, school environment including peers, the surrounding environment, children's motivation and the child's intelligence.
