Abstract

A Digital Marketplace provides services that facilitate the searching and integrating of diverse data. In this paper, we describe a component in the Digital Marketplace called CyberBroker which carries out resource discovery and automates selection of goods and services. We present its architectural design and the middleware technologies that make it possible. We also present a prototype developed to demonstrate the viability of the proposed architecture.
