Abstract

Reinach indeed, by proving the a priori character of performative statements, constitutive of speech acts, has annihilated psychologism in the legal sphere as surely as frege had done for mathematics. but his intuitionist style led him unfortunately to a presentation of his philosophical results as irreducible deliverances of intuiton. now it remains to provide these results with theoretical explanations in order to establish that the a priori judgments revealed by reinach are themselves analytic.
