Abstract

Several natural compounds have shown in clinical trials to exert some positive effects on immune system. This chapter will resume indication, active dosages, and safety information about Andrographis, Astragalus, Bioactive peptides, Colostrum, Lactoferrin, Goji, Curcumin, Echinacea, Garlic, Ginseng, Magnesium, Medical mushrooms, Ω-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (EPA/DHA), Papaya, Resveratrol, Probiotics, Rhodiola, Schizandra, Selenium, Vitamin B1, B6, B12, C and D and Zinc.
