Abstract

Purpose: This study aims at investigating the effectiveness of the concept map learning model on student reasoning. Methodology: It is an experimental study with the students of Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta in 2017/2018 academic year as the population with a total of 35 students of IVB semester as the respondents. The data collection techniques included tests and documentation. Results: The results of the Mann-Whitney Test showed a p-value of 0.012
