Abstract

In this paper, we started by showing that artificial intelligence and multi-criteria decision aid are two closely concepts that could benefit from each other. Then, we propose to use this relation and complementarity to deal with competitive intelligence problem and issues. A discussion towards building the foundations of new domain knowledge named the multi-criteria intelligence aid (MCIA) is presented.
