Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between organizational justice, integrity and organizational citizenship behavior. The study was conducted in Gaziantep, Turkey with 252 participants who are teachers and managers at different schools. Three different scales with high reliability and validity were used to measure the relationship by employing hierarchical regression analyses.
