In the paper several mathematical models of dehydration kinetics of metals for the experimental method of thermal desorption spectrometry (TDS) are presented. Only high-temperature peaks of TDS-spectra are considered. This allows (assuming diffusion is fast) consider only ordinary differential equations. In this case inverse problem of parametric identification of the models on experimental data becomes much simpler. NR - 8 PU - SPRINGER PI - DORDRECHT PA - PO BOX 17, 3300 AA DORDRECHT, NETHERLANDS
