Abstract

With the development of Internet of Vehicle (IoT), people have paid more attention on physical exercise depending on cars. In this study, we focus on the smart fitness based on IoT, taking the office workers as the target users and commuting as the main scene, exploring an in-vehicle health reminder service to promote them persist in effective exercise. We introduce the definition of car networking and smart fitness and analyze target users’ pain points and psychological motives by questionnaire and interview. By transforming the user’s pain points and needs, we designed an interactive high-fidelity interface, which is simulated by the SCANeR Studio platform. This study can promote users to adhere to effective exercise and improve the health.
