Abstract

This study aimed to determine the condition of the gap between the implementation and expectations of members of the Campursari Women Farmer Group (KWT), Sambirembe Village, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency, Central Java in the Sustainable Food Garden Program (P2L). This research was conducted in November 2020 - June 2021. The research method used was quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data were analyzed descriptively and gap analysis. Respondents were determined with a saturated sample. The results of the research include (1) The implementation of activities in general has been carried out completely, but there are two activities that have not been completed, namely the management of demonstration plots and program evaluation, and those that have not been carried out are product processing training; (2) Expectations of all P2L Program activities are high; and (3) The results of the gap analysis show that 76% of expectations exceed implementation, 20% expectations are the same as implementation, and 4% implementation exceeds expectations. The results of the Wilcoxon difference test showed that 28% of the activity indicators were significantly different, while 72% had no significant difference between expectations and implementation. The results of the mapping using a Cartesian diagram show several indicators of priority activities to improve their performance, namely the adequacy of training facilities and infrastructure, management of seed houses, management of demonstration plots, monitoring and evaluation, and training on processing vegetable crops. The results of this study imply that several activities that have significant gaps and priorities require intensive assistance and training. Keywords: gap analysis, program, sustainable food garden ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi kesenjangan antara pelaksanaan dan harapan anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Campursari, Desa Sambirembe, Kecamatan Kalijambe, Kabupaten Sragen, Jawa Tengah dalam Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L).  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 - Juni 2021.  Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.
