Abstract
The Implementation of and migration to the SAP for Hana (S4H) Public cloud is supported by the SAP Activate Methodology. SAP advertises this Methodology as the roadmap to a successful implementation of S4H solutions on premise or in the cloud. Even if the Activate Methodology is in the market since 2015, there are no studies found, how Activate maps to CMMI or ISO/IEC 15504 Part 5. The paper presents a case study that shows that ignoring proven process models at the customer side leads to substantial project risks.
