Abstract

The sinonasal tract is only rarely the site of metastatic tumors. Sinonasal metastases usually present in patients with a known history of a primary, and only occasionally they are the first manifestation of a clinically occult malignancy. The most frequent primary sites of origin of the tumors are the kidney, lung, breast, thyroid, and prostate.
