Abstract

Compared with traditional universities, one of the more obvious characteristics of applied universities is that they pay attention to the production of applied knowledge and the promotion of the transformation of achievements so as to highlight their unique advantages in serving the society. The institutional reform in universities with the subject adjustment as the breakthrough point is the second strategic step for application-oriented universities to promote the transformation of their achievements. Building a platform for the cooperation between “government, industry, education and research” is the organizational guarantee for application-oriented universities to achieve the transformation of their achievements, and recruit the teachers with academic application value recognition from the development strategy height, and ultimately achieve the pragmatism culture of running a university for practical use of application-oriented universities. The simulation study of the effective transformation path of scientific research achievements in applied universities based on the data warehouse has brought into full play the application advantages of the modern science and technology, and better promoted the application-oriented universities to transform their own scientific research achievements into comprehensive advantages in a timely manner.
