Abstract

COST 73 is coming to its end after a 5 years period of activity. The Project is well known, as 16 Countries in Europe took part in it officially and other Countries participated as Observers. By now, June 1991, more than 180 working documents have been exchanged between Members and about 60 technical reports have been produced, some of them in different languages.
