Abstract

After publication of the original article [1], we noted that one of the author s affiliations was mistakenly changed in the galley proofs. In addition, the other author s affiliation had changed its name, but this was not updated during the galley proofs. The correct authors affiliations can be seen below: Biological Anthropology and Comparative Anatomy Unit, School of Medicine, the University of Adelaide, Adelaide, SA 5000, Australia, Institute of Evolutionary Medicine, University of Zurich, Zürich, Switzerland.
