UN will have more and more importanceInterventions by UN will be based on three categories- collective enforcement- peacekeeping- peacebuilding=>The UN has great potential, but can only be as powerful as the countriesallow it to be- no enforcement, since there is no army- the other two more, but always under control of the member states=> Realism
