Abstract

The increase in female participation in the formal and informal labor market resulting from feminist movements began to threaten on a large scale one of the pillars of inequality, economic provision and control over women's lives, in this way, social structures are reorganized to reproduce the oppressive logic of power. Through diverse and inclusive organizational environments, especially with regard to gender, women will be able to experience social appreciation, influence on decision-making power, belonging and engagement in the work group, authenticity and recognition of diversity (feeling of fair interaction), and this experience will impact their professional life and at the same time personal/private. The main objective is to map how violence against women in the workplace is addressed in national literature. The method used will be the Integrative Literature Review, defined as the compendium of existing literature aiming to summarize and discuss a body of knowledge related to the topic. In short, the results of this integrative review reinforce the need for joint action by the community to combat violence against women in the workplace, as by recognizing that it is a social problem that affects society as a whole, it is possible strengthen bonds of solidarity and encourage collective actions to establish a safe and inclusive work environment.
