Abstract

Most of the existing works for the online signature verification system have focused on the algorithm improvement of each stage, such as feature extraction, matching and classifier design. However, there are less of them related to the design of a real system and its issue in practical application. In this paper, we have designed a novel system for online finger-writing signature verification on mobile device. By means of our proposed protocol for data collection, a small Chinese signature database has been established. Finally, we also have developed a signature verification App embed with simpler and more efficient algorithms for evaluating the performance and time-consuming of real system.
