Abstract

Legal research is presumed non-scientific. Many of the producers of legal research do not consider it important to reach the necessary parameters to be able to interact with other sciences because they say that the peculiarities of law would make it an ad hoc science. The truth is that today it is necessary that the legal methodology be more aware of social needs and generational changes in order to better respond to the challenges that arise.
