Abstract

Background: RSUD dr. Hardjono Kab. Ponorogo has implemented SIMRS to improve the performance of hospitals particularly in the provision and management of data since 2011. Hospital Information system development in collaboration with third parties, the contract ends at the end of 2016. The collaboration includes system maintenance every month. The problem faced during implementation process is users often complain about the output data information system that not suit their needs. Objective: This study aims to determine the benefits of SIMRS in dr. Hardjono Kab. Ponorogo to individuals and organizations by measuring the influence of 4 variables of information quality, system quality, service quality and user satisfaction. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with survey method and cross-sectional. The number of samples is 89 pieces, the questionnaire is feasible processed is 67 questionnaires the remaining 22 do not meet the requirements to be processed. Data analysis is performed using structure equation model (SEM) method with. WarpPLS application. The analysis is divided into into 3 stages testing, which are an outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing. Results: Tis result of outer model test shows that construct indicator has fulfilled the validity and reliability of the data, while from inner model test meets qualified fit model.
