Abstract

With the advent of information age in 21th century, it is becoming an inevitable trend of development and survival for coal enterprises to use information means to ensure safety production. However, coal enterprises possess a lot of special characteristics, such as complex geographical environment and large amount of information. Certain functions including traditional underground monitoring system and dispatching telephones act on their own ways which leads to a bad coordination. This paper takes full consideration of personnel transferring, material transferring and information transferring and use .net technology to construct coal mine safety monitoring system. We use human-machine-integration method to evaluate working safety and provide well-developed security for production safety of coal enterprises. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
