Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rather inexpensive antireflection film having both of antireflection performance and antistatic performance, having high surface hardness, excellent scratch resistance and durability. | | SOLUTION: This antireflection film 10 consists of a hard coating layer 3 on the surface of an org. film 1, and an antireflection layer 6 on the hard coating layer 3. The antireflection layer 6 consists of a high refractive index conductive layer 4 of an ITO(indium tin oxide) film having 100 to 600 Å thickness and a low refractive index layer 5 of a SiO | | 2 | film having 900 to 1500 Åthickness. Further, a UV-absorbing layer 2 is formed between the org. film 1 and the hard coating layer 3. | COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO&Japio | | SUBJECT of the Invention | | Reflection preventing performance and an antistatic property are combined, and surface hardness is high, it is excellent in damage resistance and durability, and a further comparatively cheap antireflection film is provided. | | PROBLEM to be solved | | The antireflection film 10 by which the hard-coat layer 3 is provided in the surface of the organic film 1, and the reflection prevention layer 6 is provided on this hard-coat layer 3. | | The high refractive index conductive layer 4 of the reflection prevention layer 6 is a 100-600-Angstrom-thick ITO film|membrane, and the low-refractive-index layer 5 is a 900-1500-Angstrom-thick SiO | | 2 | film|membrane. | [MAT_IMAGE 000002]
