Abstract

With the development of information technology, human-computer interaction interface instead of the traditional buttons, knobs and other control components bring a powerful, concise appearance of modern household appliances to the users. However, this kind of human-computer interaction software interface makes many old people and children who use electric appliances confused when facing the products because of the variety of functions and the high level of information. To solve this problem, the aim of this study is to meet the needs of different users in the home appliance for the different needs of the user interface, by using the theory of universal design, user needs, user experience and so on. The design model of multi human-computer interface household appliances is constructed, which can be used as reference for the design and development of household appliances and make household appliances have a more excellent user experience.
