Abstract

This is what George Sand, lover of Frederic Chopin and of the poet Alfred de Musset, writes in her history of My Life. Sadly Virginia Woolf, at the age of 59, ended her life in one of her deep depressions. She had panic attacks and felt a great emptiness in her life-it is hoped that this chapter will not portray such gloom.
