Abstract

This study tries to look at the influence of Discipline, professionalism and incentives through Work Motivation on the Performance of Lecturer of Islamic High School of Sheikh Maulana Qori Bangko (STAI) Merangin Regency. This study aims to determine; (1) Discipline level and professionalism, incentives, motivation and lecturer performance (2) Discipline both directly and indirectly influences motivation (3) professionalism both directly and indirectly influences motivation, (4) incentives both directly and indirectly directly influences motivation, (5) Discipline and professionalism and incentives both directly and indirectly and together influences motivation, (6) Discipline both directly and indirectly influences lecturer performance (7) professionalism both directly and indirectly directly affect lecturer performance, (8) incentives both directly and indirectly affect lecturer performance, (9) discipline and professionalism as well as incentives both directly and indirectly and jointly affect lecturer performance, (10) motivation directly influence the performance of Lecturers in the Islamic High School of Sheikh Maulana Qo ri Bangko (STAI) Merangin Regency. To improve the performance of lecturers the Islamic High School of Sheikh Maulana Qori Bangko (STAI) of Merangin Regency needs to pay attention to the factors that affect the performance of lecturers such as discipline, professionalism, incentives and motivation. Because by knowing the effect of these relationships can be used to plan and design strategies to improve lecturer performance.
