Abstract

Recently, the author presented a Paradigm that can serve as a general framework for the development of Intelligent and Sapient (Wise) Systems. Here, under the proposed Paradigm, some performance criteria for the proper design and operation of Intelligent and Sapient (Wise) Systems are developed. These criteria are based on properly considering some characterizing matrices having a significant role on the performance of Intelligent and Sapient (Wise) Systems. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2005.
