Abstract
Careful analysis and clear communication are of utmost importance in developing a surgical plan for revision rhinoplasty. The surgeon should emphasize maintenance of structural support and avoidance of destabilizing maneuvers. Osteotomies can be performed in a variety of ways to and should be precisely placed to avoid functional disruption. Camouflage techniques are a useful adjunct to restore cosmesis and avoid more disruptive techniques. © 2009 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
