Abstract

The main objective of the current study is to examine the relationship between leadership style and employee motivations from the point of view of motivation in the Jordanian telecommunication sector the population is 70 the appropriate sample size will be 59, (Telecommunication Regulatory Commission 2023), therefore the sample of this study is 59 directors, a total of 59 questionnaires were distributed to the respondent’s development model by (Bass et al. 2003) employee motivation Scale, results showed it appears that transformational leadership and transactional leadership was correlated with employee motivation, but laissez-faire leadership has no significant relationship with employee motivation.
