Abstract

Wegner's Granulomatosis, now known as Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis, is a fairly uncommon vasculitis with varying presentations. Patients may present with ongoing sinusitis unresponsive to common treatments, or patients may present in respiratory distress and failure. The treatment of GPA has progressed so that now patients are able to survive this small and medium vessel vasculitis.
