Abstract

The article describes a model for a mobile platform for decision support system during mutual investment in technology for Smart City. Unlike existing approaches, our model is based on solving a bilinear differential quality game with several terminal surfaces. In the obtained solution there was first considered a new class of bilinear differential games. This allows to describe adequately the process of finding rational strategies of players during mutual investment in advanced technologies of rapidly developing Smart City. During the research there was developed a software product “Invest Smart City” in the Android Studio environment. The developed software product allows reducing the discrepancies in the forecasting data and in real returns from investment in Smart City technologies, as well as optimizing investment strategies by both sides of the investment process.
