Current research activities on dependable computing and other dependability issues in Japan

Abstract

Current research activities on dependable computing and other related dependability issues in Japan are reviewed. When considering the dependable computing, an emphasis is put on architectural aspects of computing systems, though the dependable computing is not limited to them, but ranges very broadly.
