EFEKTIFITAS SISTEM ADMINISTRASI E-COURT DALAM UPAYA MENDUKUNG PROSES ADMINISTRASI CEPAT, SEDERHANA DAN BIAYA RINGAN DI PENGADILAN

Abstract

Abstract The use of E-Court technology by the Supreme Court to support the improvement, efficiency and effectiveness of the completion of administrative services in the courts that are linked to the principle of justice is fast, simple and low-cost. However, in the implementation of this system it seems that many of the registered users lack understanding regarding the purpose and method of using the E-Court system. So that this system is still considered to be less than optimal in achieving the desired goals of making this system. Keywords: E-Court, Effectiveness, Settlement of Cases.Abstrak  Pemanfaatan teknologi E-Court oleh mahkamah agung guna mendukung peningkatan, efisiensi dan efektifitas penyelesaian pelayanan administrasi di pengadilan yang dikaitkan dengan asas peradilan cepat, sederhana dan biaya ringan. Namun dalam penerapan sistem ini nampaknya banyak diantara pengguna terdaftar kurang memahami berkaitan dengan tujuan dan cara penggunaan sistem E-Court tersebut. Sehingga sistem ini masih dianggap kurang optimal dalam mencapai sasaran yang diinginkan dari pembuatan sistem ini. Kata Kunci : E-Court, Efektifitas, Penyelesaian Perkara.
