Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui perencanaan (2) mengetahui pengorganisasian (3) mengetahui pelaksanaan (4) mengetahui pengawasan dan (5) mengetahui kendala dan upaya mengatasi kendala manajemen tenaga pendidik di SMK Sultan Trenggono Gunungpati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunkanan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Data diperoleh dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi menggunakan metode triangulasi untuk pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan alur pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verivikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) perencanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik didasarkan pada kebutuhan sekolah berkaitan tenaga pendidik baik secara kualitas dan kuantitas dengan perencanaan yang dibuat berupa  perencanaan pengadaan tenaga pendidik mulai dari rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan serta pengembangan dan pelatihan, penilaian, pemberian kompensasi, dan pemberhentian (2) pengorganisasian manajemen tenaga pendidik dilakukan setiap tahun ajaran baru dengan pembaharuan pengisian jabatan dalam bentuk struktur organisasi SMK Sultan Trenggono Gunungpati (3) pelaksanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik merupakan penyelenggaraan kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah direncanakan terlebih dahulu dan disepakati sehingga pelaksanaan didasarkan pada perencanaan(4) pengawasan manajemen tenaga pendidik dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah secara rutin dan berkesinambungan dengan bantuan wakil kepala sekolah dalam bentuk penilaian kinerja guru dan (5) kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurang optimalnya pelaksanaan rekrutmen, pergantian tenaga pendidik dalam kurun waktu satu tahun, dan kurang disiplinya tenaga pendidik sehingga upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan adanya peraturan yang harus ditaati tenaga pendidik sejak bergabung ke sekolah. Abstract The background of research is Sultan Trenggono Gunungpati Vocational High School as one of the organizers education carry out the management of teaching staff have to create of professional and competent teacher. The purpose of this research (1) Find out Planning (2) Find out organizing (3) Find out implementation (4) Find out controlling and (5) know the obstacles and efforts to overcome obstacles in management of teaching staff at Sultan Ttrenggono Gunungpati Vocational High School. This research use descriptive qualitative method. The Source of data use primary and secondary data sources. Data obtained with observations, interview, and the documentation using the triangulation to check the validity of the data. Data analysis done with flow data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The result are (1) the planning management of teaching staff  based on the needs of the school related of educators have good in the quality and quantity with planning made in the form of planning procurement of educators have ranging from recruitment, selection job placement as well the development and training, assessment, compensation, and dismissal (2) organizing the management of teaching staff is carried out every new academic year with renewal of filling positions in the form of the organizational structure of SMK Sultan Trenggono Gunungpat Vocational High School (3) the Implementation of management of teaching staff is the implementation of the activities that have been planned in advance and agreed upon so that the implementation is based on the planning (4) controlling of the management of teaching staff have done by the principal routinely and suistainable with the help of the deputy head teacher in the form of teacher performance appraisal and (5) the obstacles faced are the less than optimal implementation of recruitment, the change of teaching staff within one year, and the lack of discipline in teaching staff so that the effort is made by the existence of regulations that must be obeyed by educators since joining the school.
