Abstract

Internet era is very attractive for growing up small companies and start-ups because of simplicity of selecting services that need to be used for composing complex applications. This model requires a novel approach to accounting and providing Quality of Service defined by Service Level Agreement. By characterizing these needs we make a proposal for service adaptation that can dynamically change offered quality with respect to customer's preferences and budget. © 2008 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
