Abstract

ABSTRACT Nursing services are professional services that are an integral part of services based on knowledge and nursing to individuals, groups or communities in good health or illness (Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 2014). Services that prioritize patient/family satisfaction require a service-oriented paradigm and attitude, as well as having adequate knowledge and skills to perform excellent service (Anggarawati & Sari, 2018). Objectives of Research To determine the relationship between knowledge and work experience on the application of nursing ethics by nurses to patients at Tk.II Moh. Hospital. Ridwan Meuraksa in 2023. Method Research is a method used by researchers to carry out a study that gives purpose to the course of research. The research design is determined according to the objectives and research hypotheses (Dharma, 2017). The results of bivariate analysis of years of service with the application of Justice's nursing ethics obtained p-value = 0.042 <0.05. The researcher concludes that the hypothesis Ha (Ho is rejected) or it can be interpreted that there is a significant relationship between years of service and the application of nursing ethics (Non-Maleficience, Beneficience and Justice). There is a relationship between knowledge and years of service to the application of nursing ethics (non-maleficence, beneficience, and justice) in nursing care in the Asoka, Sakura, and Lavender inpatient rooms at TK Hospital. II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa in 2023 with a p-value of 0.028 and a p-value of 0.042. Keywords: Principles of Nursing Ethics, Knowledge and Service Period  ABSTRAK Pelayanan keperawatan adalah pelayanan professional bagian integral dari pelayanan yang didasarkan ilmu dan keperawatan kepada individu,  kelompok, atau masyarakat dalam keadaan sehat maupun sakit (Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 38 Tahun 2014). Pelayanan yang mengutamakan kepuasan pasien/keluarga pasien diperlukan paradigma dan sikap yang berorientasi melayani, serta mempunyai pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai untuk melakukan pelayanan prima (Anggarawati & Sari, 2018). TujuaniPenelitian Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Pengetahuan dan Masa kerja terhadap penerapan prinsip etika keperawatan ( non-maleficience, beneficience, dan justice ) dalam asuhan keperawatan di RS Tk.II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa tahun 2023. Metode iPenelitian adalah metode yang digunakan peneliti untuk melaksanakan suatu penelitian yang memberikan tujuan terhadap jalannya penelitian. Desain penelitian ditetapkan menurut tujuan dan hipotesis penelitian (Dharma, 2017). Hasil analisa bivariat masa kerja dengan penerapan etika keperawatan Justice diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,042 < 0,05. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa hipotesis Ha ( Ho ditolak ) atau dapat diartikan terdapat hubungan yang significant antara masa kerja dengan penerapan etika keperawatan ( Non- Maleficience, Beneficience dan Justice ). Ada hubungan pengetahuan dan masa kerja terhadap penerapan etika keperawatan ( non-maleficience, beneficience, dan justice ) dalam asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap Asoka, Sakura, dan Lavender Rumah Sakit TK. II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa tahun 2023 dengan nilai p-value 0,028 dan p-value 0,042. Kata Kunci: Prinsip Etika Keperawatan, Pengetahuan dan Masa Kerja
