Abstract

This paper presents a proposal for the implementation of a knowledge management model in the finance secretariats of category 6 municipalities; The above, based on the results obtained in a study carried out in a secretariat of finance from category 6 municipality. The variables of the KPMG consulting model of knowledge management (KM) is taken as theoretical reference, evaluating quantitative and qualitative variables like generators, sources, organizational aspects and process that add value to the KM.
