This study aims to get an overview of students' responses to information literacy materials that are prepared to equip students to publish their scientific work. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. The study population was all students who had followed all the material in the information literacy class in 2018. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online to students. Data from 18een students who had filled out the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that 88.8% of students stated strongly agree that after following the material access e-resources, they understand and are skilled at accessing various sources of information. As many as 88.9% of students stated strongly agree, and 11.1% agreed that the citation management material (Mendeley) was useful for him in writing the paper and the final project. The material of writing scientific articles is useful for students, according to the statement given as much as 72.2% strongly agree and 27.8% agree. As many as 72.2% of students stated strongly agree that choosing material for publication media was beneficial for their studies and as many as 27.8 agreed. The results showed that information literacy class material to equip students in publishing useful scientific articles.
