Abstract

Banking is the backbone for the development of the country. The usage of banking have increased rapidly day by day among costumers. There is shift from traditional banking to modern banking in current years. The study focus on usage of mobile banking among the rural customers. Total of 127 respondents were randomly selected for the study from North Bengaluru. Gender of the respondent is having impact on utilization of Technology. There is association among age and the awareness of the respondents. Education plays a vital role in adoption of changes in technology. More awareness program can be conducted in remote places to expand the usage of mobile banking.
