The text is divided into two parts: In the first part, the transfer of face-to-face education to remote education was discussed, focusing on digital inequalities, social privileges, and the right to education; in the second part, the case of the Application School of FEUSP, in Saõ Paulo (SP), was analyzed based on the experiences and challenges faced in the transfer to remote education.
